Questa unità al piano terra si trova con una vista diretta sull'oceano, un facile accesso alla passerella (a meno di 10 piedi dal patio) e 100 piedi dalla spiaggia e dalla nuova piscina riscaldata. Non ci sono scale che lo rendono molto facile per le famiglie con bambini piccoli per le persone che hanno difficoltà con le scale. Il prato di fronte all'oceano, il tavolo da giardino per 6 persone e le sedie da capitano offrono la perfetta area esterna ideale per grigliate o giochi come il buco di mais (in dotazione). I lavori di ristrutturazione appena completati includono nuovi pavimenti, aggiornamenti del bagno, elettronica e mobili. Sedie a sdraio / carrello, giochi e un ombrellone sono forniti. We have been coming to HHI for over 10 years and this is the first place that we have wanted to book again for next year. The location was fabulous, the condo itself was perfect for our family of 5, we loved the extras like beach chairs and toys, gas grill, extra pillows and blankets. The upgrades are beautiful and the master bed felt like a cloud. We hope to come again next year - we were all sad to leave.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was immaculate upon arrival. Great location with quick beach access. The guest bed was super comfortable! The host was very kind and quick to respond. Just an excellent vacation!

This condo had it all!! It was clean, decorated nicely, and more than comfortable for my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 and 3 year old). The walk to the beach was right outside the back patio door and the pool was a couple steps through the front door. We would love to stay here again next time we come back. Highly recommend ocean club 45!

Suffice it to say. We will do our best to get back. We have lease properties for 40+ years and this by far is our favorite. Donna is beyond excellent.

Perfect location, perfect unit. Heated pool out that front door, ocean out the back door in a small, quiet complex. We had two teens with us, and they loved the freedom of being able to walk out to the pool or beach depending on their mood. Coligny Plaza shopping and restaurants were walkable. The back gate to Sea Pines was right down the road, making it easy to get to Harbour Town and South Beach Marina for lunch at The Salty Dog. The unit was updated and clean. We definitely would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was the most amazing trip for our family of 5. Easy access to beach, heated pool and shops/restaurants. The host though if everything from beach needs to household supplies. We’ve already booked again for next year!

This is a great place to stay for a beach vacation in Hilton Head. The location was perfect. Close enough to walk or bike to Coligny Beach but just far enough away to avoid the big crowd on the beach. This condo is equipped with everything we needed and nice and updated. My only issue was the pillows were all super flat and uncomfortable but other than that everything was great.

Another great stay at OC 45. Second year there and we won’t stay anywhere else. Appreciative of our host who has provided everything from kitchen supplies to beach chairs.

Excellent location steps from the beach and a short ride to restaurants and attractions. Owner was super responsive and gracious when we had an issue at check in. It was quickly resolved. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was near perfect except for the HVAC control. Nest thermostats have no place in rental property. It has no permanent override so we had to keep going back and resetting it to the desired temperature several time a day. This is why I did not put one of these in my home.

It was absolutely amazing to stay in Donna’s oceanfront condo. We were literally few steps from a fantastic beach stretching miles on end. The unit is gorgeous and very comfortable. HHI offers many wonderful places for a meal and at the same time we enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. We would love to stay here again.

This was our first time to HH and this condo was incredible. The location was perfect to bike everywhere, accommodations were immaculate. With three young kids they loved the yard and proximity to the beach. Tons of toys for the beach and yard play. Made the trip so easy and memorable. Will be back for sure!

Great week at 45
We had a wonderful stay at SF 45. It’s the nicest, most stylish and updated rental we have ever had. The view is beautiful and the beach is just out your front door. The owners were great. We will be staying here again for many years to come.

We enjoyed the condo with everything we could possibly need. The view from the patio was amazing, just wish it would have been a little easier to get to the beach. The pool was right across the parking lot and had sun or shade whichever you prefer. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Perfect location, condo was fully stocked with everything needed, close to the beach, fantastic views and wonderful time spent! 8 pt buck visited outside the unit the first night we were here and didn’t want to leave, eating his dinner during the sunset. It was so cool!

Perfect Week
Great location to beach and pool. Super easy access with young children. Well appointed and tastefully decorated condo with comfortable patio for lounging in the evening. Absolutely fantastic communication from owner. Look forward to booking again next year. Thanks Donna!
