The food was delicious. I was able to view Mount Kilimanjaro from the hotel rooftop.
I thought the hotel would send a shuttle to pick me up on arrival as I had requested via Booking.com, but that wasn't there when I arrived.

Great staff. Joseph in particular was so very helpful.
Beds were comfortable

The room was very spacious, bathroom had shower and bathtub, full of amenities, toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit, even a sewing kit. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent views from the 3rd floor. The rooftop access was great for views of Kilimanjaro.
Limited options at breakfast, no sausages or bacon. The WiFi was unreachable from the room. We had to connect to a different staff WiFi, but there was only signal near the door.
The room was unnecessarily big, two couches in one corner, but no table.

The first night I booked here was great, it had a large spacious room and had a bath tub. It also had hot water ready.
The last night I booked the price had gone up dramatically and although I asked for the same rate and room as before, I was given a twin room at the same price as the large room, was not told the hot water had to be switched on and took 40mins so ended up having a cold shower after climbing Kilimanjaro for over a week (not ideal) and also had a funny tummy after eating a burger (this should not have happened when paying such a high price).
