Great location and good clean accommodation with everything you need.
Unfortunately problems with the local residents over parking. I was disgusted a local was aggressive, threatening and displayed profanity in front of my 2 year old daughter over a parking dispute.

Property was clean and everything ready for the stay.
Maybe we were there at the wrong time, big boat just outside of the seaside and keep having work every date from the morning and also blocked our sea view at all.
The stairs is dark.

Love the views outside the window, a mall harbour, blue sky, beautiful clouds and plenty of birds. Expect for seasoning and oil, the kitchen has equipped with all the necessary utensils and equipments, it's really good for those who loves to cook. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the railway station.
Everything is good. The key safebox is just at the front entrance of the building/ restaurant. However, the sign is not clear enough, so we walk around the building twice to look for it 🤣

Ideally located and had a fabulous stay and a great restaurant
No where to dry anything, could have done with an airer and could have done with a fan for the bedrooms but a lovely stay.

Location was amazing, right beside the harbour. There were large bi-fold doors in the lounge which you could open up and watch the boats come and go. The lounge kitchen area was nice and big, with the dining area tucked into a handy alcove. Both bedrooms were fine with hanging space and drawers, plus plenty of hooks for hanging coats and towels. The bathrooms were good too - water was hot and the bath filled up nice and quickly.
My only suggestions would be darker window coverings in the bedrooms, perhaps blackout blinds or curtains.

The view was amazing and the owner was very accommodating and helpful. Will definitely be looking to come back again.

The location was brilliant and the view was lovely.
The WiFi was was very poor. The cleanliness could be improved but overall it was ok.

Everything else. Great appartment. Superb views over harbour to Mounts Bay. Well equipped kitchenette. Tea, coffee , biscuits and milk welcomed us. Wifi..best in main bedroom.
Great place to People watch from. 2 mins from Prom, restaurants and pubs one direction. 4 mins from town shops , station and more pubs the other way. Near to Battery Rocks where you can jump off into the water, locals spot. Near the Lido if you dont want to be so adventurous. Just a lovely place to be. Highly recommend the Sail loft lookout.
Noisey early morning due to the loading up of Scilly Isles commercial ferry, and main road Bring earplugs and close windows.

View, size, host and location all great.
Needs a little updating several pieces of equipment need replacing. The location is great, but be prepared for heavy, noisy traffic. The wifi was very patchy. The restaurant staff play very loud music during the day.

Gorgeous apartment in the heart of Penzance looking over the beautiful harbour. Very good place to stay for a family holiday. The apartment has a lovely clean open plan kitchen living room ideal for family to eat and relax. The bedrooms are beautiful and with new beds. Both bathrooms are clean with showers and one had a bath too. The owner is accommodating and very happy to help with any queries.
Sofa bed in living room is uncomfortable could do with a new one but apart from this the apartment was fab.
