Ella Rocrita

We really enjoyed our stay at Ella Rocrita, which offered excellent value for money. The staff were outstanding: caring, welcoming and resourceful, with a genuine willingness to help throughout the day. Their excellent service made a real difference and helped make this a wonderful holiday. נהנינו מאוד מהשהות ב־Ella Rocrita, והתמורה למחיר הייתה מעולה. הצוותים היו יוצאים מן הכלל: אכפתיים, נעימים ויצירתיים במציאת פתרונות, עם נכונות אמיתית לעזור בכל שעות היום. השירות המצוין תרם מאוד לחוויה והפך את השהות לחופשה נהדרת.

The kids’ club was expensive and impractical for our family: €40 per visit for children under four, with parents not allowed to stay with their children, including the older ones. Whenever we checked during our stay, the club was empty. Evening entertainment was limited, activity hours were shortened, and no adequate alternatives were offered. Food was average, and breakfast lacked quality and variety. We particularly missed tahini and goat’s or sheep’s milk cheeses. Water sports equipment such as paddleboards was not included, although we would have expected this at a hotel in such a setting. A truly beautiful resort and a wonderful stay! The drive is almost two hours, but it’s a beautiful journey with stunning scenery and absolutely worth it. Everything is exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the rooms are comfortable and beautiful. The staff are incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely hospitable, with outstanding customer service. The food and drinks are exceptional, and we loved the thoughtful touches around the pool, especially the complimentary cold watermelon and ice cream. The on-site shop is also extremely convenient and open throughout the day, with essentials such as sunscreen and tobacco available. Overall, a fantastic resort with wonderful staff, excellent food, beautiful surroundings, and exceptional service. We would happily return!

Check-in is a little different and can take longer than usual, as guests are personally escorted to their room by a member of the guest services team. It’s a lovely and welcoming introduction to the resort though.

Skvělé jídlo, vyzdvihl bych zákusky. Moderní pohodlný pokoj s vlastním bazénem. Milý a ochotný personál.

La literie était excellente, la salle de bain minable. la guerre des serviettes de plage tous les matins était abominable. un chouette endroit pour les buveurs d'alcool à volonté; la plage très petite et la mer for agité.
