Excellent, friendly, proactive reception staff gave us option on change of room due to major renovation works being undertaken at property. Pool area and sun lounges/day beds are exceptional.

Right on the beach. Beautiful big pool area. Full size fridge. Spacious room.
No big issues at all and would have been just in our room. Iron was dirty and the ironing board cover was absolutely putrid, leaving both unusable.

Good location on the beach and close walk to town centre. Major renovations were taking place in the venue making it a less relaxing time. There were two parts to the resort - a newer part near the beach and an older part near the road and pool. We were in the older part. Stair access to rooms and beach not suitable for those with walking disabilities.
Unfortunately major renovations were taking place in a number of units meaning there was noise, scaffolding and a reduced ambience. Some of the external features such as synthetic outside carpet and paintwork were looking tired.

The location was good, unfortunately they were in the middle of construction ( which wasn’t specified) and our view was of scaffold and a part of the pool. The building looked rusty on the outside and not what the pictures looked like especially since it was over $200 for 1 night. We asked for a later checkout but was told no, but when my husband went to empty the rubbish he went to reception to ask where the bins were and after being told we didn’t have too ( but she did thank him) was told no cleaners were coming until Monday,(so we could of as we only requested an extra 1hr checkout).
The fact it wasn’t specified when booking that there was construction going on ( there was no workers) but our view wasn’t good.

"The size of the rooms. So much space, so handy having the pool right outside our room. Beds were so comfy and the kids loved it. Thought of everything 👏🏻"
