Romantic Villa, pool available April–October, sleeps 25–29, destination wedding
The Villa is located on Montalbano hills, in a silent, green and nice area, very quite , with an amazing view and swimming pool , it can be used from the beginning of April to the end of October. It is an autentical Italian experience this kind of holiday. destination wedding venue , romantic getaways, honey moons, anniversary , birthdays, family reunions. It is a good point to start your tour in Tuacany, to visit Vinci, Lucca, Pistoia, Pisa, San Miniato, Montecarlo, Firenze.
The stone building consists in 4 indipendent houses, one next to each other that you can rented all Together for max 25 persons. Only On request we can host 4 guests more up to 29 guests.
The rent is in EXCLUSIVE USE, with no other guests, for a large group up to 25 or 29 people to celebrate a wedding in the garden or a birthday or for a big family / friends group in holiday.
For 29 guests , it is possible add two suit bedrooms, two full bathrooms and more space in the terrace view in the garden area with an extra price withan extra price.
Ask me a booking request and I will do you the best price.
Do not esitate to ask me a booking request even if the calendar is not available, because I can also do a special offer if you are a small group of 10 or 6 or 2 people and if there is the availability, in this case you will stay in a part of the house, independent from the other, no shared, with the pool shared and your price payed will be lower. Do not esitate to ask me.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
The Tuscany villa is near by Vinci, Lucca, San Miniato, Certaldo, Pistoia, Firenze, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa and the Versilia beach coast and Cinque Terre.
Pisa and Firenze airports are one houre by car. Bologna one houre and half by car.
Activities Golf, Terme spa, cicling, riding, walking and Canion Park is no far for adventure activities, Garfagnana mountains, Abetone mountain . Around the property there is very nice road in the fields to do a special walking!!
The village is far 4 km, nearest restaurants 2/4km , supermarket 4 km.
Pool open from the beginning of April until the end of October
On request it is possible to have :
-yoga classes with an extra price
-breakfast with an extra price payed to the house,
-Tuscan meal with a chef at home with an extra price, -extra vergine olive oil tasting
-cooking class is an extra price.
-wine tasting is an extra price.
-heating sistem in whole house is an extra price
-air conditioning on first and second floor is an extra price.
-taxi service is an extra price.

Beautiful old stone house with loads of charm.Incredible overlooking view of olive orchards a castle and the town of Larciano. The owners are great gardeners, it gorgeous. It was better than the pictures we saw.on the website.Outside seating was lovely. There are several units here you will be sharing with other guests, nice.Larciano is close and has nice restaurants and a great coop grocery, you will need it. Cooking gear could have been a little better.Pool is amazing.

This is a fantastic place. The beauty of the property and surrounding mountains and valleys is stunning. Once there you almost don´t want to leave for any day trips.
Usually pictures are better than the reality. This time it was the other way around. And the pics already were great. The pool on the property is golden. Really clean and nice. And in the hot summer time a very needed place to cool down. In sweltering heat, some of the rooms get pretty hot. Others stayed cool. Some, not all rooms have AC for extra cost. If you organize a big dinner, like we did, the cutlery and plates might feel a little lacking. The actual houses and rooms are rustic and beautiful. The host take great care of the property, watering plants and fixing things every morning. Keeping it clean. They were responsive otherwise too. There are some small thing to mention like toilet paper, that I feel could be provided by the host, but wasn´t. But I almost don´t wanna mention it because overall this place is a winner and I would return in a heart beat. Thank you Podere Isorbi, you gave our party of 17 an unforgettable family experience.

We were blown away by the beauty of the location. The hilltop view overlooking a small castle town was amazing. The accommodations are simple and quaint. We spent a lot of time in the pool which was has a nice patio and overview of olive groves. We were there with friends and were able to split ourselves into apartments for each family. We made a few day trips to Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Cinque Terra. Grocery store easily accessible in town. The drive up and down the hill is not for the faint of heart!
A heads up would be that the damage deposit needs to be paid in cash rather than just leaving a credit card on file. For our party of 14, this was sizable.

Here is really a gem. Pictoresque in the tuscan Mountains, Lies a perfect Vacation gem. Mama keeps the beautiful garden and daddy maintains the house.
only Thing, You have to have a car.
You can stay here for days and days.
