Martina was amazing and met me at the property, she was super helpful and provided me with a wealth of information to help enhance my stay. I liked the little small touches in the room like slippers and a beach bag and beach towel to use. There were faculties in the shared kitchen ti make hot drinks and snacks left out for you to help yourself. The room was cleaned daily and was immaculately presented. Location was great right in the centre of San Teodoro. The room was really comfortable with great beds and huge shower. Martina was on hand to help with any queries and assistance I needed. I really enjoyed my 5 days staying in the property

Everything was super clean, the host and her colleague was super nice and helpful. The common area is good for meeting people and share recommendations about the island. The location is perfect. The city was suprisingly magical.

Kitchen was not equipped, there was only plastic plate and cutlery. There was no hot plate. We have food allergy so we wanted to make the breakfast for own, but we could only use the microwave oven. The plastic cup is not the best solution for a hot tee or coffe either. The common area is a bit loud if you don't want to wake up early for door slams.

There was no iron in this place as we asked in advance and the answer was yes. Besides that everything was good.

Martina is lovely, she gave us a lot of suggestions where to go and what to do. The place is very clean, location is perfect as well!

Central location in San Teodoro, close to bars and restaurants and bus station, about 900 to La Cinta beach. Very nice breakfast in Ambra Bay Bar nearby. Recomended! I would like to be back.

The location is very good, close to a beautiful beach and close to the center, just few minutes walking but not noisy at all. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a TV, fridge and the best shower ever. In the room there were nice beach towels what was very useful. There were also bicycles for use but we didn't as we had a car. Close to the accommodation were supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. We've received many tips from the host (by whatsapp) for the near beaches and restaurants what was very helpful. The breakfast was typical Italian style but not at the accommodation but in the bar across the parking place. There was just one coffee or juice and one croissant or toast with the breakfast voucher.

Everything was well prepared but I have really missed the personal contact with the host. There was only self check-in and check-out due to corona. Even if the accommodation was really nice and good at the end there was kind of cold and impersonal impression of it. This was really a pity. We spend 2 weeks in Sardegna and stayed in 5 different location but this was the only one kind of strange.
