Questo è un bellissimo condominio ristrutturato di recente con un balcone lanai. Dispone di tre comode camere da letto / bagni che lo rendono ideale per famiglie, amici e coppie. Situato di fronte alla piscina e ai giardini tropicali, a pochi passi dal centro fitness, questa unità angolare di livello superiore è aperta e luminosa e cattura le fresche brezze del vento degli scambi. Ti divertirai seduto sul grande lanai coperto che si apre sulla zona giorno con quattro porte scorrevoli in vetro. Avrete anche il VOSTRO GARAGE che teniamo riforniti con attrezzature per lo snorkeling, sedie, tavole da boogie, refrigeratori e biciclette da crociera in modo da poter riporre la luce e sfruttare al meglio il vostro soggiorno. Arredato professionalmente e curato meticolosamente con un occhio per i dettagli.

È un'ottima base di partenza per il golf di classe mondiale, l'accesso alle spiagge (Hanalei, Tunnel, Anini, Hideaways) e all'avventura sull'Isola del Giardino. Siamo situati su sentieri lungo i fairway del campo da golf di Princeville. È possibile seguire questi percorsi per il negozio di alimentari, ristoranti, negozi e spiagge vicine. Grandi sentieri tropicali ti portano dalla scogliera di Princeville fino alle spiagge appartate e panoramiche.

This is an ideal property for three couples. Two bedrooms have ensuites, and the third bedroom has an adjacent dedicated bathroom. The central kitchen/living space is nice with three sliders out to the lanai. Location was good, check in was easy. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay here in Princeville. The location made it easy to get around, easy access to what we needed, and to see everything we planned. Our place was equipped with everything we needed as well. Our host was quick to respond to our questions and left great details about entering and exciting the property. I highly recommend this place.

This 3 bedroom condo is perfect for our family of 4. This was our 4th time staying in this condo. The two smaller bedrooms have their own portable air conditioners that both my boys really like to keep their rooms cool. Kitchen has mostly everything you will need. We did have to purchase a can opener and left it for the next guests. We look forward to staying her again on our next trip to Kauai.

Unfortunately, you can see and feel the remains from previous tenants use and/or "misuse" throughout the condo.
The patio (where you would want to spend most of ur time) is a chaotic mess of beat up, worn and torn furnishings. The old, tired bedspreads and pillows themselves all needed update and replacement (although the sheets themselves seemed clean). And more than half of the bath towels were worn and scratchy.
The irony is my sister rented a unit that actually was clean and beautiful for much less money in the same condo community, so to realize that I paid so much more for a sofa bed opportunity (which no one ended up sleeping on because it was old and the mattress was beat up) was super disappointing. The photos looked okay online so I trusted the word "gorgeous" noted in the listing, but this condo is not that at all.
General note regarding community. The area is pretty but the only amenity you are able to walk to (the pool and hot tub) closes at 9PM. You can walk or bike to Queens Bath, but not to the beach.
We thoroughly enjoyed Kauai but this condo was not a joy.
