This hotel was a fine place for what i needed and paid for. It has a lot of character, even though the building is dilapidated and literally falling apart in some places The staff was friendly but not over the top helpful. Overall i was happy with my choice!
The beds were uncomfortable so if you have back issues this might not be the best place.

The room was large, the bed was comfortable. It had air conditioning, which was needed! The shower was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is in a very atmospheric courtyard and it is convenient for the Museo Metro station (Linea 1). There a couple of little groceries nearby that stay open late. The hotel is very quiet. There is a lovely garden. There is a lovely family restaurant nearby (Taverna Luciana).
It is on the second floor and the ceilings in the building are high, so it was a big effort to get to the hotel, particularly with a heavy bag. The breakfast was OK but could have been a bit more varied. The pillows were very lumpy!
