A wonderful and atmospheric castle ideally placed for a cycling trip in the Tatra mountains. The standard of hospitality was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and eager to help. Excellent breakfasts and evening meals in the restaurant. Large rooms with comfortable beds and plenty of instant hot water.

Everything in the castle was super consistent - when you in there you feel the true medieval vibe of this place.

All staffs were very welcoming. Roman clearly explained way around (keys intro). Martin was specially most welcome as per his reputation.
N/A nothing terrible, nothing we didn’t like.
Maybe add a small bike rentals or some activities for the guest with a bit of story or history. Breakfast was ok, could rotate food a bit during week.

Special architecture, impressive building.
Reception not available during evenin
g and night, many stairs to climb, only one person in restaurant, not able to serve the all guests. Not enough hot water. Not recommended for families with children, or for over sixty years old.
