We had a really nice stay here, we used the Spa which was wonderful and the Gym which is really well equipped for its size. The staff are so helpful and friendly and dinner was delicious.
This was a one off but there was a private party for the hotel owner taking place in the grounds which was rather loud quite late into the evening for guests who were trying to sleep leading to my partner having to go down to reception to mention the noise, but we did receive a gesture of good will for this

The rooms are spacious and the spa is fantastic.
Amenities in the room were okay but water was not restocked daily.

Everything was top notch, from the towels to the toilet paper! High quality and very good service from the reception to the restaurant via the spa.
No complaints about the property or service at all. However, the number of “friendly reminders” (e-mails and message via booking.com) about check-in and check-out and room occupancy was ridiculous and unnecessary. It really put me in a negative frame of mind.
