Excellent shower, good location and avery good breakfast. Dissappointed the restaurant was closed but we were given a map showing where several restaurants were and what type.
Left something behind, had a phone call to say they are sending it on.

The hotel is housed in an old and beautiful building. The suite was large and faces the Basilica. he dining room was marvellous and very elegant. The location is perfect as it is right across from the Chapel of the Apparition. The breakfast and dinner were excellent French cuisine.
There was nothing we didn't like. The lack of A/C did not bother us.

choose a room facing the basilica - they are larger and the view is superb.
didn't know they did breakfast until i left- the room keeps its doors closed and there is no sign!

Very good location, comfortable, nice outside tables and restaurant. Room was a bit small but very nice, comfortable bed and lovely renovated bathroom.

Great location near downtown. Covered parking at the property. A wonderful restaurant with a great selection of wines. Clean spacious room with the_best_shower - pressure, temperature, drain, I have ever experienced! Finally, accommodating staff who swiftly adjusted our booking after we showed up a day early! I would return here and stay, allowing more time to explore the city. For us, it was a convenient stopping point for a longer trip, nothing more. What a find!

The hotel is very nice and "romantic". It's located in the center ot the city and as soon as you exit you can take a wonderful sight of the city.
Rooms are freshly refurbished but the desk has no power plug for the notebook. It takes several minutes before the water get warm enough to take a shower.

The woman who took care of me was IDEAL. The night before I had a very unpleasant night in a chain hotel in Lyon and this hotel and the couple that took care of me made me forget about the unpleasant night.
There was literally nothing not to like. The hotel is grande the service is superlative and the restaurant is excellent. The hotel is the perfect spot in a very charming dreamy town.

Incredible location, pretty hotel, private parking, good breakfast
No door between toilet and room, just a curtain. Mainly annoying due to the noise of the pipes while we tried to sleep
