Location convenient for station and luggage storage. Decent breakfast.

We had a bad experience due to the Hotel Dorica who had not accepted the guests without any explanations or answer, before Madison Hotel, they hosted us and they prepared the room begore 11.00 am to help us. Especially the people ( a Japanese not sure girl is very kind) helped us very well. appreciated.

Perfect location. Pleasant room. Okay breakfast.
I am very disappointed in some of the staff. I stayed at Hotel Madison several times before. In contrast to earlier, I found some staff members at the reception to be quite unhelpful. E.g., I wanted to order their airport taxi service (which costs EUR 15 more than the set price for taxis to the airport anyway) and wanted to share this taxi with a friend staying at another hotel. The receptionist did not permit that. Her attitude was clearly not to be helpful to a guest.

Very good hotel for super short stays
Towels were changed daily
If planning to stay in Rome for more then two days I would stay here for the night you arrive and move somewhere else as to get to a lot of the main attractions you have to walk through the very busy train station every time which can be overwhelming and not very safe at night
