It was by far the best hotel we stayed at in our 18 days vacation in Italy! The facilities were excellent, comfortable and very clean; and the view from the hotel and from our room to Vietri Sul Mare was amazing (postcard material for sure!). The staff were courteous and went far and beyond to make us feel welcomed. They welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and in our way out with some goodies for the road even a small bag of their freshly home made pasta! I highly but highly recommend this hotel!!! FN
I did not like the fact that our vacation was coming to an end and we could not stay longer.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay, going above and beyond to make our honeymoon feel truly special. They remembered who we were and consistently went out of their way to ensure we were having an amazing time. The thoughtful personal touches really made us feel welcomed and well looked after.
Nothing amazing !

I loved everything about it!

The hotel offers everything for a relaxing vacation. Customer service is exceptional. We really liked the small treats we found everyday in our room (grapes, a magnificent desert by the hotel's chef, a bottle of Proseco on our first day). The restaurants of the hotel are magnificent with amazing food and very good selection of wines. The hotel has a very nice view to Vietri Sul Mare which adds to the experience of a very good dinner.
We would prefer the area mentioned as a "bar", to be a little more vibrant, with less lights, stools and high tables beyond the sofas and chairs, a bit more up tempo music and perhaps the bartender to be located there instead into the hotel.
