The staff were lovely, the location excellent -10 minute walk to the beach, fridge in the room, comfortable big bed, nice crisp sheets, power shower, good breakfast. Sparkling clean, felt safe. Nice welcoming lobby area to sit in. Good supermarket and cafes nearby.
There was no drinking water refill station in the hotel but they charged for the bottled water in your fridge. Bottles of water were in plastic bottles. No hot water station / kettle. The pool area had few seat pads and no towels and a half dismantled bar area which looked scruffy. Pool area in need of a few plants and a revamp. 2 elevators were not enough for a hotel of this size. Fire escape staircase was poorly signposted and not lit. Reception area was very cold.

The staff very friendly,
Hotel currently has alot of renovations going on. No pool, and some floors have been totally striped back, which you see when using the lift as it stops at every floor and can take 20-30 minutes to make the journey.
