1/L'accueil exceptionnel de Frédéric, le gérant ! Sympathique, souriant, avenant. Il discute avec tout le monde, comme s'il connait les gens depuis toujours. En fait dans la salle du petit déjeuner, c'est de ce fait très familial, tout les clients et le gérant discutent ensemble, c'est super.
Des gens comme Frédéric, ça n'existe plus et c'est bien dommage.
En plus, il bosse seul avec sa femme, donc ils font tout eux-mêmes, lits, ménage, petits déj. Respect !
2/ très bon petit-déjeuner, avec de bons produits, certainement pas les choses les moins chères du supermarché comme on le voit souvent dans les hôtels "simples"
3/même si la chambre est sans prétention, c'est propre, il y a tout le nécessaire, y compris gel douche et savon. Volet roulant pour l'obscurité ce qui pour moi est très appréciable. Et c'est bien insonorisé autant pour l'intérieur que pour l'extérieur. Que demander de plus !
4/La situation de l' établissement, à proximité du centre de la ville !

Good enough for an overnight stay passing Aix Les Bains.
They gave me double room while i booked a single room so that was nice.
Try the pizza around the corner at the burger place!
Not much room in the bathroom to reach the toilet.
A bit dusty on the surfaces.

Great welcome and lovely and very accommodating people. Warm welcome, feels like a family home.
As itbwas a bit chilly, no duvet or extra cover in the room.

On arrival, we received a very welcoming greeting by the owner, who checked us in and showed where to go for an evening meal. A basic and clean hotel near the train station and center of town. Limited free parking available, but ample parking close by.

The hotel owner was fantastic- friendly and accommodating. He gave us amazing recommendations for seeing the city and area and we even met his family. Highly recommended.

Friendly owners. Very nice old fashioned but superb value hotel in a great location for everything in Aix-les-Bains. Comfortable bed and good ensuite bathroom.
Some warmer bedding would be good, and brighter lights.
