The accueil and the help.
The broken door in my room and the cold feeling air in my bedroom.

Very accommodating staff and they fixed an earlier check-in time for me to suit my time schedule. There was a fridge in the common area where you could store your food, which was really helpful. The breakfast had a variety of options between bread, yogurt, cereal and drinks. The room was clean!
