Clean, warm and welcoming, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, great central location with easy access to ski lift and bus route.

Wifi was not good

The breakfast was excellent, great variety of hams, cheeses, smoked salmon, coked eggs, great selection of breads and fruits. The staff were so friendly and helpful, made the experience even better.

great location with it being close to the ski field but more importantly was the exceptional service by the people at Hotel Resch. From the start we were impressed by the friendly staff and their efforts to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. I will never forget the invitation to Christmas Eve drinks where we were given hospitality like a family gathering. it was very special

Good breakfast where they ask you how would you like to have your eggs: boiled, fried or scrambled :)), premises for breakfast very cosy including outside terrace to sit out when weather is nice. Wonderful view from the room's balcony, very clean, traditional-style alpine hotel, well maintained and cared for. Lift/elevator and not a tiny one, but enough space for, say, couple of big travel bags. Nice Italian-menu restaurant on the premises. Effective and personalized front-desk service. Fantastic location - couple of minutes' walk to city center and to the nearest lift up the mountain. They also supply you with a hotel's guest card that provides some minor (but still!) discounts for up-the-mountain facilities. Short walk to the nearby Schwarz Lake - easy and very picturesque. Overall very pleasant stay, great value for money, highly recommended.

The bedside light switch didn't work (room 16), would be nice to have it fixed somehow, thank you!

The location is great, just a couple of minutes to the main street. Excellent brealfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. They even had books in the room to read.

Lovely staff, great breakfast with a nice, large, clean room and balcony to the mountains. We sandwiched this stay between two cities and the Hotel Resch was a beautiful, scenic getaway with what felt like 5 star treatment

Location was walkable from the train station, the ski lift and town shops/ restaurants. Breakfast had lots of good choices for a smaller hotel.
