Location was first class, in centre of town.

Dinner service was slow.

Abbiamo soggiornato in mezza pensione e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La camera era davvero accogliente e la SPA si è rivelata completa di tutto il necessario, rendendo il soggiorno estremamente piacevole. Molto apprezzata la ristorazione: la colazione offre un'ottima varietà di prodotti in grado di soddisfare sia gli amanti del dolce che del salato, mentre per la cena abbiamo gradito molto l'idea di alternare serate a buffet self-service ad altre con piatti già pronti e servizio al tavolo.

Gli unici aspetti un po' sottotono riguardano la piscina, che non è molto grande ed è essenzialmente una vasca idromassaggio, e il servizio della merenda, che è risultato un po' esiguo.

- the sauna area is really nice. - the staff were friendly and attentive for the most part (when the restaurant was busy, they kind of lost their charm). - really nice location in a charming old building right in the town center.

- very firm mattress. - water temp changes while showering. it sometimes became very hot mid-shower! - door to bathroom had a large gap and offered very little privacy. - cigarette smoke wafting into the room from the balcony above. - incredibly loud church bells right across the street on sat and sun morning around 7am. you will wake up. - the mirror in the bathroom was rather old and looked like there was a glaze over it. - check out at 10am was too early. - the floor towel was imprinted with "88" - even if unintentional, this is poor taste in austria.
