Clean
Room was not ventilated & was facing sun so was boiling hot. There was 2 doors to balcony, only one would open. Too loud as it was next to the road. Tiny bathroom

very bad smelling room; very old furniture; very loud ventilator in bathroom; telephone not working, call not possible to reception, you have to walk downstairs; no minibar etc.

This hotel is around 10 minutes away from offenbach main plaz.
Best thing about this hotel is pricing.
During the fair, all pricing of hotels are up but this hotel is very reasonable.
Wifi is not connected in room.

The hotel room was clean and beds were comfortable. Wifi worked fine. I liked 12pm checkout, we had more time to get ready with couple of kids. Private parking in the back yard for additional fee.
The room had cigarette smell. The whole city is in umwelt zone and it is necessary to get green zone sticker ahead of the time.

Location was good, near beautiful riverside.
There was no breakfast room as stated on the website. We did get breakfast in a bag. The bed creaked so much on my side that every time I turned on my side, me and my husband woke up. The pillow was like an empty pillowcase. The staff was more interested in money than customer service.

The room was clean and comfortable, not noisy, the location is somehow far but reachable with Bus, the Bus station is next to the Hotel.
Internet connection was very poor that I had to use my phone data for Internet usage all my stay.
They didn't open the warm system, despite the weather was good but it tends to be cold at night.

The staff here were really helpful. I had a couple of requests, including a room change, and they did everything they could to accommodate me. Also, the hotel has quite a warm, 'everyone knows everyone' kind of atmosphere; on the little patio out the back, you can easily strike up a conversation and find out what different guests are doing. It's a little way out of the centre of Offenbach, but it's pretty easy to get to the centre of Offenbach, and it's actually a very nice stroll along the river if you have time to go on foot. Plus the neighbourhood is nicer than the centre ;-)
The hotel is next to a road, and although it doesn't look like a main road, one side turns out to be quite noisy on the ground floor. (That's why I asked for the room change. It was much quieter higher up and on the other side.) I recommend you request a quiet room.

my room 222 was extremely hot, no air conditioning, hot water was coming instead of cold. it was impossible to take shower. it was impossible to sleep night time

I liked this hotel. Good value, everything was clean and tidy, good WiFi. Really nice location with the river park nearby and good restaurants and cafes. A single room had enough space. Not the newest furniture and design, but I like that older style.
I didn't have any issues.

The location, is easy arrived and visit a lots placed of Frankfurt am Main
The price is a little expensive if you come from latinamerica but it's normal for hotels in the area.

Nice, professional and gentle service.
Very bad smell in the room. Cold in the room, 17 degrees all night. Breakfast is cold, in a sack, as for a school trip.

we found a great offer from the hotel while we were in a driving trip and stayed overnight. the staff was very friendly and enabled us to have rooms next to each other. hotel is old; but very clean and convenient. also has private parking (with a fee) . it met our expectations for a calm pause during our trip. definitely great value for money.
room was mostly renovated however not the bathrooms
