No WiFi in rooms. Only in lobby Terrible disco music noise during the night from another hotel or disco pub, affecting only the closest rooms. Impossible to sleep even with earplugs (beyond 2 am ...) Buffet too crowded and poor service: they barely clean the table Dusty and worn-out sun loungers. Should be renovated Bad management of the Spa. No response to my previous questions and strange attention when I arrived without showing anything Reception limited in language and assistance

The faucet wasn't working. We didn't get enough towels.

The pool was nice and huge! The breakfast had a big spread and variety of food! The rooms were big and clean!

The security at the gate ruined our day on our honeymoon with his attitude! He was super rude and sarcastic! He asked about our booking and that never happened with us in any other hotel. He asked us in a sarcastic way "have you ever been into a hotel!?", and when we went to report to the reception they had no reaction what so ever with a straight face and told us to wait till the customer service manager comes at 7pm! 1 of the guys informed the security and he came to argue with me and still he was rude and got me more upset!afterwards when i asked for someone to help with the bags they sent an old guy to carry the luggage and they don't have a cart! So he told me he will take them with me in 1 take even though i explicitlytold him I got 4 big bags! While we were on the way he started asking too many personal questions and got me so upset! Asked me about a scar in my eye, which i had from an accident and I don't like to be asked about it! And when we reached the car he saw that they are 4 big bags and 2 handbags he suggested in a very provoking way after we got all the bags out of the car to keep the bags in the street near the security whom was rude to me in the beginning. That's the point when i got too fed up and angry about all the unprofessional service and the low quality of staff! As most of my stays in Tunisia I faced this kind of unprofessional staff! But those guys topped them all! However i saw the customer care manager at 7 and spoke to him. He made the security guy to apologize to me and offered to treat us to dinner for free to make up for the mess, which i didn't go to! My day was ruined as I have IBS and when i get upset my bowl gets bloated!

Room and pool were excellent

A lot of the younger staff weren't bothered about doing there job, having worked in hospitality for 10 years they seemed more bothered about who was going to give the best tip rather than doing there job .
