When we left
Asked for a non smoking room and they put us into a disgusting smoking room. And then they moved us to a small room and first look I thought they were joking. The room was dirty the sheets were dirty. So we left and went across the road to a nice hotel for similar price

I cannot have any extra amenities from the hotel like towel or clothes hanger. No make up room services provided for my 2 night stay. The room got bad smell when you enter, the tv doesn't have sound and have poor signal, got very old dirt on the curtain and window. I am sorry for complaining but i hope you may consider to improve your hotel quality of services :)

The room is old, the bedsheets are stained and the room is dusty. It looks like as if the room was not properly dusted/ clean.
With the same price, I can actually get a better room from other hotels nearby. It was my mistake for not making a thorough research/planning before I made my booking.

The bed is comfortable,so far the room is good
No hot water for drink,suppose they provide the kettle inside the room,so no need to walk upstairs or have to go out from the room just for hot water
