Owner was very frendly and kind. Room was clean. Location is very good, about 15 min walk to city center, where are pub's and restaurants.

Warm, welcoming and friendly host. Big shower room, comfortable bed! Great location, only 10 minutes to the town! Although by the road, acceptable and not too noisy!

Paul was a very welcoming host. There was ample parking and the room was small but comfortable and reasonably sized for the price. The shower was great and wifi was fast and reliable. I really appreciated having access to the microwave, fridge and sink downstairs. Location-wise, it is located just a short walk into town. Will stay again :)

Cute, little, single bed room - nice for short stay. Beautiful building with lovely Macintosh stained glass door. Hosts were lovely and provided sweet little breakfast items in room and recommendations for area places to eat and see.

Doesn't do breakfast at all. Had to go to a Hotel in Scone a few miles away as he had a deal with them

Lovely room with everything we needed. Very handy location.

Our room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Coffee and porridge was a very nice touch and the hosts were very accomodating. They allowed us to collect the keys and park our car early, so we could head out to a wedding. They were very friendly and welcoming. We will look no further if we ever need a room in Perth again:) Thank you very much!

The friendly host.
Perth wasn't for us a good place to stay. The earlier bookings in Scotland were of a higher level. The room was very small.

Super helpful, friendly and competent host. On arrival we learned everything we need about the room, places to eat, transportation.
Location is ok - you may choose walking to the center around 15 mins or taking a bus.

I was made to feel very welcome by the lovely hosts. The room was immaculate and very clean. An excellent stay, where I felt comfortable and welcome. Will definately be back

It was in the right location for us.
The room was on main road and window wasn't glazed enough to stop the sound of traffic going by.

We arrived late, but Paul was happy to let us check in late and stayed up to check us in and show us to our room. Breakfast was not included in the rate but they did leave porridge pots and honey for us. The room was cosy and comfortable and the shower was good.

The room was lovely and had everything we needed. It was nice and warm with good facilities. The owners were very welcoming when we arrived. I enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Perth.

Great location, comfortable facilities and friendly and welcoming owner.

Property was very clean, very nice smelling. Decor was great and high ceiling made the room feel very large. Host was very friendly and helpful. Bottles of water was very much appreciated. Property is situated in a beautiful area, far enough from town for peace but close enough to explore. Will definitely stay again
