Чарівна вілла! Якщо вам потрібна готельна бездоганність, то ви її тут не знайдете. Це справді дача біля моря - трохи пошарпана, неідеальна, трохи старомодна, але неймовірно атмосферна - начебто ви приїхали до когось у гості. Ми орендували не лише будинок, а й свій шматочок моря. Тут зелено, просторі кімнати з балконами, зручні матраци, чиста постільна білизна, 3 санвузли, що дуже зручно для компанії та головне – величезна тераса з видом на море та свій спуск до пляжу. Є опалення. Відмінно провели час: порибалили з пірсу, побалакали з місцевими жителями, погуляли пляжем, помилувалися штормом, хвилями, рибалками та місцевими котами. Для такого дозвілля ця вілла чудово підходить.

It is located about 15 minutes from public transport and more than 60 minutes by public transport or 30 minutes by taxi from Odessa city centre. * The host was prompt with answering questions and issues on Whatsapp and phone * There was Wifi even if not indicated on Booking.com

This is an obvious budget option and we did not expect any high-end service. I only list the very basic things that should be easily improved; * Change to correct location on Booking.com and Google maps (or at least tell us the right direction when we called to confirm it). It would also be advisable to put a sign or a house number on the street as it was nearly impossible to find it with Google maps and by asking neighbours * Upload correct pictures on Booking.com. The terrace on the roof-top is currently a construction site (no BBQ and relaxation possibilities available) * Clean the facilities, in particular the floor, properly. When we pointed out that it is dirty, the guy handing over the keys only shoke his shoulders. The mosquito nets in the door were broken and the bed- and bathroom inhabitated by various insects and ants
