The staff were really helpful and friendly. The bed was really comfortable. The best of my journey at much more expensive places.
Good breakfast.
Limited parking, signage could be improved.
It worked for me. Souvenir mug purchased and books available. Nice touch. 888ìì
Finding the car park was a bit pot luck. I couldn't see a sign confirming i was in the right place. All worked out well in the end.

Nice clean room & fairly quiet considering it's over a pub , walking distance to town. The fridge in the room was great & the complimentary drinks were a lovely touch, friendly helpful staff . Would stay again if visiting the area.
The only thing missing was hand soap and a hand towel in the bathroom.

The location was brilliant, 5min walk from train station and Helix park is a straightforward 40min walk from the hotel. The food was lovely and the staff are so attentive and the bar has a really friendly crowd.
I didn't realise that the self contained unit was actually also going to have other guests in it, so I was in a room downstairs with another 2 men who had their own rooms. They were quiet and I didn't really see them, but the bathrooms are shared also so you have to come out your room and go through the common areas, which some people might find really uncomfortable in the night for example. I'd have loved to have my own little tea/coffee making facilities in my bedroom.
