Great location - walking distance from Roma Termini, a lot of food markets and restaurants in the area. Great property, very spacious, AC in every room with individual control - it was a big deal for us. Property is exactly as pictured on the listing. Owners were very responsive about any questions/concerns we had. We really enjoyed our time in Rome.

This was a wonderful place for us to stay! There were 11 of us (9 adjusts and 2 kids), and it fit us perfectly. The property was centrally located to many restaurants and food markets. A grocery store was just two blocks away. The train station was a five minute walk. The apartment itself was very clean and quite large. All rooms had their own A/C unit which we very much appreciated. The host was great to work with and made check-in a breeze. We will definitely stay here again.

We arrived on an early flight and we easily arranged for early check in. We very much appreciate the opportunity to drop out bags and freshen up before heading out. We were a group of 9 ,all adults. Grocery store nearby, cafes and restaurants also in walking distance. Only about 10 minute walk from Termini Station. Nice size kitchen, and table seating for 6. We pulled hairs from the bedrooms for extra seating when we gathered in the kitchen. I would absolutely book again.

The place was great. There isn’t a living room, but we played cards at the kitchen table like I always did as a child with my Italian descent family in the US. Air conditioners worked well. Very clean. And walkable to good restaurants and train/bus stations.

The apartment had everything we needed and close to metros and restaurants. The owner was extremely engaged and responsive and made sure everything was ready for us. Highly recommend!!

The apartment was extremely comfortable for our group of 7 adults, 3 kids, and a baby. Large bedrooms, comfortable beds, 3 full bathrooms, very clean, and, most importantly for our July stay, excellent air conditioning. Emanuela was available and responsive via text and very helpful with any questions. We'd love to stay again one day!

PROS: Great location for our family of 11. There was enough beds and showers for everyone. The Trevi fountain and Spanish steps are only a 10-15 min walk away. Quaint restaurants and markets in close proximity too. Cons: The washer/ dryer takes forever - still grateful to have one! There is an adult movie theater across the street- never saw anyone enter or leave it. Overall: Emanuela was fabulous to work with. We had a great experience in Rome

Great apartment! Excellent location. We were 8 people and there was more than enough space for us. Very responsive owner. Everything was as she promised. She even gave us a link for a limo company that we used to get from the airport to the apartment and to get to the port for our cruise. Apartment is about 7 min walk from train terminal that we used to go to Venice and Florence. Absolutely recommend! Tatyana

A ten minute walk to the train station which is convenient. The neighborhood is a bit seedy with “adult” clubs but we never felt unsafe. A bit of a hike to the major tourist attractions but plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. One drawback of the apartment is that there is no area where everyone can sit and relax other than the kitchen table. Also, we would have liked blankets. It was very, very hot when we were there, so blankets would have just been helpful for when one half of a couple wanted the A/C set colder than the other. But over all we were extremely happy with the apartment. A perfect place for two families of four!

Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente. Nonostante il nostro gruppo fosse composto da undici persone siamo stati comodissimi. L'appartamento è perfettamente attrezzato. Facilissimo da trovare, a due passi dalla stazione e vicinissimo alla fermata della metro. Molto disponibile e cordiale la proprietaria.

The apartment was immacutely clean, the host was great before our arrival with restaraunt suggestions, and the location was convenient to all that Rome has to offer. The only suggestion I would make is for an extra towel for each guest, but we had eleven staying so I get that can be challenging. We'd come back here again in a heartbeat.

This apartment served us all really well, 8 adults and 2 kids and we were all very comfortable. A great shared space with separate areas of privacy. The location was good. Lots of restaurants very close by (I mean, a 30-60 second walk!) that were fabulous. Daily market right on the street. Train station very close by. The host was very responsive leading up to and during the trip. Thorough walk-through of apartment upon arrival. She made several wonderful suggestion, especially for a car service which ended up saving us a great deal of time and money. The apartment itself was very clean and well-equipped. There was an all-in-one washer/dryer which was useful. The neighborhood was fine. We never felt unsafe or threatened at all. The building is very quiet. We rarely saw or heard others. Open the windows to a beautiful view of a courtyard. Air conditioning worked perfectly. I would absolutely stay here again.

Wir waren als Groß-Familie (8 Erwachsene) in der Wohnung. Hat alles super gepasst.

Appartamento tranquillo, spazioso, moderno, con 4 camere perfettamente arredate. Proprietari accoglienti e molto disponibili. Vicino a Termini e al centro città ma a un quarto d'ora a piedi di Villa Borghese e di Villa Torlonia!

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cet appartement. Tout était parfait. Emanuela est très gentille et arrangeante. Les chambres, les salles de bain sont très grandes. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Cuisine très fonctionnelle. L appartement est idéalement situé. Métro à 10min à peine. Supermarché à 3 min. Je recommande cette location. J'y retournerai sans hésiter.
