Very nice staff and good location. Only 2 parking spaces on site. You need to park about 200 meters away if you cannot reserve one of the 2 spaces.

The location is perfect, 50 M walking to the Innenstadt, you can see the Mosel from room windows
For the room you can not change anything, everything was there for what you need

Cleanliness was exceptional. Also comfortable kitchen area in the ground floor with free coffee and tea.

The room was clean and had a nice view of the river. It was also close to the activity in Cochem.
Check out time was a little early at 10 am. Also, the staff should let you know when entering that the easiest way to access the lodging was to go around and enter from the rear; avoiding the climbing of stairs.
