This place is truly wonderful — exactly what I needed to recharge. It’s so peaceful and quiet, surrounded by nature — no noise, just calm and fresh air. ✨ Everything was spotlessly clean — my room was neat, tidy, and felt brand new. And the food? Absolutely delicious with huge portions! I was so full after every meal — home-cooked goodness at its best! 😋 The lovely lady who owns it always has the biggest, warmest smile — she makes you feel like family from the moment you arrive. Her cute little boys are so sweet and polite, and the friendly little dogs made my stay even more joyful. 🐶❤️ If you want to escape the busy world, eat well, and be surrounded by kindness — this is the place. I left with a happy heart and beautiful memories. Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended!🙏🌿

Allgemein war unser Aufenthalt super Wenn man mit dem Zug anreist würde ich auch empfehlen den Fahrdienst über die Unterkunft zu buchen Sie holen einen persönlich ab und sind super freundlich Das Abendessen war wirklich Mega da gibt es nichts auszusetzen! Es war wirklich viel da, eine tolle Auswahl und super lecker! Die Frau selber bietet auch an mit ihr zu kochen und etwas von der Sri lankische Küche zu lernen, wofür ich leider keine Zeit hatte aber würde ich jedem empfehlen. Das Frühstück war auch abwechslungsreich und super lecker! Der einzige negative Punkt war das es keine Klimaanlage gibt aber ansonsten war wirklich alles topp.

The area is really amazing, the small house looks so beautiful and I love the jungle flair. They made omelette for breakfast, as we asked for it, because we don't eat sweet. The dog is friendly and the family is polite.

The room was so moldy that all our clothes got so much clammy and musty, that we had to give everything to the laundry. There where three showers, one with a small heater, but the water that came out was only a trickle and not enough to wash the hair. The others where cold, one with enough water to get the shampoo out. WiFi was not really good working (we could not work online, neither watch anything). The highly praised food to order for dinner was okay from the Taste (no spices, very European), but completely overprised! Not nearly as pretty and loving as it looks in the pictures. And not even any fruits after for that price (1500 Sri Lanka Rupees each). Breakfast is 4 pancakes, if you don't like sweet, they make omelette - from one egg for each.
