Front desk staff very helpful & courteous.
Restaurant bar staff very rude. Could not even sit in the bar area to have a drink after site seeing all day. No where else in Germany have I not been able to get a cocktail in a bar/restaurant due to “ full reservations”. Walked thru restaurant at 7:30 which was our requested reservation time & PLENTY of open tables. Party of 12… their loss.
Room had no air flow & no fan. HOT in late Sept!
