Casa industriale-industriale di metà del secolo con drammatica vista a sud con vista sul campo da golf di Indian Canyons e sulle montagne circostanti. Questa è una proprietà unica nel suo genere. Estremamente privato con cancelli d'ingresso in acciaio inossidabile aperti in un composto chiuso. Dotato di soffitti da 12 "a 16" e due master suite, altrettanto eccezionali per dimensioni, vista e posizione. La 3a camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e condivide un bagno completo con la 4a camera da letto che può ospitare comodamente due (2) adulti o quattro (4) bambini sui 2 letti da giorno ciascuno con un rotelle.
Ogni finestra della casa promuove di proposito una vista e aggiunge serenità. Trascorri la giornata prendendo il sole e guadando nella piscina di acqua salata, oppure passeggia nel vicino Downtown Palm Springs. Una banca di 20 piedi di singole porte scorrevoli in vetro crea uno stile di vita interno / esterno come nessun altro. La cucina aperta con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile aggiornati presenta una finestra bar che si apre verso l'alto per un'esperienza di intrattenimento coerente e un facile accesso al barbecue, al relax a bordo piscina e al focolare all'aperto. Questa è una proprietà da non perdere!

This was one of our favorite properties we have ever stayed at! It was beautiful both inside and outside and felt like a true resort. The windows looking out to the awesome pool and view were amazing. Both sunrise and sunset were fantastic. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and we utilized the indoor and outdoor space well. We loved spending time relaxing at the pool and was a great reprieve from the desert heat. We appreciated the property concierge meeting us at check in and showing us around the house and how to use some of the features. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was amazing and our stay was fantastic. Quiet & serene getaway. Jill & Fred were extremely great hosts and very accommodating. We will definitely rent here again.

We were getting away for a girls weekend, and were super happy to book Jill's place. She was kind in our exchange, as was our property manager - Brian. I was pleasantly surprised by the space we had in the house, much larger than the pictures show. However, I would caution a few items as they were really not up to par given the price point of this house. For the reasons below, I wouldn't stay here again:
1. The main back door doesn't lock, which was a shock and we were only notified of this at check in. Having a group of 8 girls in an unlocked home all weekend gave us a some uneasy feelings.
2. The 4th hole to the golf course is less than 15 feet from the edge of the property, so throughout the day you have no privacy from the incoming golfers. Although the golf course is gorgeous, I would caution booking if you're looking for a 'serene home'
3. Updated pictures, alot of the furniture featured in the pics is not what is actually in the home. What has replaced the original furniture is nice, but definitely not as nice as what is in the photos (specifically living room, and outside patio furniture). Just feeling a bit taken aback given the price point.
Again, Jill and Brian were great, but this home was somewhat of a let down given the price point.
