Great location, right the city center, we had a double room with balcony. The room was spacious, very clean, cosy and comfortable.
The sink and shower drains were clogged. We stayed for just one night so we did not mind. The balcony we had could have been a bit more spacious. We only had the space for just one chair and a table. Two people could not fit in it.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Clean. Welcoming staff.
The hotel is just fine but has no "Bulgarian" personality. It feels a bit like a lovely pediatric unit with bright colors and excellent cleanliness. It looks just like the photos. The breakfast was extremely simple. The breakfast restaurant is located in another building and is far less interesting than it looks in the photos. I didn't even think it was the same place until I found the fireplace!
