Host kept in contact from the day the booking was made. Sent the pin key etc timeously. Was very simple and easy to get in. Beautiful spacious property. More than met our needs. Everything in excellent condition and extremely clean. Stunning views of the ocean. Quiet neighbourhood. Close enough to drive to the shops and Hermanus waterfront. Note that restuarants in the are do close very early so try to get there by 7 at the latest.
Our stay was too short.

sea view, dishwasher, DSTV
No welcome message received from host or Booking.com. had to phone to get details to enter property and then memorise keybox code. Had more modern, luxurious stays in other regions for less money. Not walking distance to sea. No off-street parking
Seems Hermanus have some entitlement thing going as prices are off putting-sorry bit harsh. Will not stay over in future as we stay in Strand. Found some good accommodation options (price & facility wise) for town but then lots of negative reviews from being too close to squater camp/low cost housing area.
