A truly wonderful Italian experience! 🇮🇹 We had a fantastic stay at Erba Regina Country House and can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Italian experience. The location is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views, vineyards, olive trees, and a wonderful variety of fragrant herbs all around. The garden is simply magical — and it is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious Italian breakfast or an excellent dinner. The Italian breakfast was fantastic, and the coffee deserves a special mention. Richard prepares it exactly the way you like it — always with a smile and great attention to detail. The on-site restaurant is another highlight. We enjoyed excellent Italian dishes, accompanied by wonderful local wine, all served in the beautiful garden. It was one of the most enjoyable parts of our stay. Regina is a wonderful host — always smiling, welcoming and ready to help. She gives excellent advice about what to see and how to explore the area, and her positive energy can truly make your day. Our room was comfortable and, importantly during the Italian summer, had air conditioning. The location is also perfect for exploring the area. Frascati is full of history and beautiful places, while the wider Castelli Romani area offers an authentic Italian atmosphere, fantastic restaurants, charming bars and wonderful gelaterias. Rome is close by, as are Castel Gandolfo, where the Pope sometimes stays, and the beautiful Mediterranean coast. And one more thing: Regina has a fantastic collection of hats! If you visit, don't forget to bring her one from your home country. As for Richard — bring him something according to your own taste! 😊 Regina and Richard will welcome you with open arms. We will remember this place, the food, the wine, the garden and, above all, the wonderful hospitality for a long time. Thank you for a truly memorable stay. We hope to come back one day! We absolutely loved the property and the landscape. The owner and all staff were very helpful and welcoming.
