Very bad location. It's around 1,5km to the closest tram stop, and the walk goes through a rather boring industrial railway neighbourhood.

The location is not good to get by public transport, but ok by car. At the station, take tram 1 or 2, go 4 or 5 stops. Then transfer to bus 25, go 1 stop. Google does not show the route like that, I tell from practice))

Quick entrance, great parking, big and comfortable kitchen area, big and comfortable joint bathroom- shower area. Perfect for people who will use it to sleep over. Also fair price.

In comparaison to the price i would have expected toilet in the room not shared but the place is a nice calm place for a short stay in linz. Like the fact the lady call me to tell me how to proceed to the key collection and send me an email. The service is really nice i
