Thassos Grand Resort

Cleanliness was top, we have been upgraded for an apartment which was really amazing, staff was really friendly, and the owner allowed the chef to cook some different meals for our ten months old which was fantastic and we really appreciate that🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

The food was not really on my taste

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The rooms are furnished to the highest standard, with top-quality air conditioning and luxurious design. The entire complex is beautifully organized and well-maintained. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special mention goes to the animation team – they were absolutely fantastic and brought great energy to our stay. We will definitely be returning!

I would recommend improving the quality of the coffee served throughout the resort. Additionally, the fitness area could benefit from better maintenance and equipment. It would also be great to see the addition of an outdoor workout space.

location

breakfast:coffee was horrible

the beach and the sea, the pools (great for the kids), the room , great location, parking area, the archaeological site, clean, gentle stuff, good amenities.

mostly the poor service at the beach and the pool (1 person for both all day), the playground poor and under construction, the most of the employees are not speeking greek, many spots that need to be repared, the voucher for the tavern was only 25€ (2 adults, 1 kid, 1 infant) which was extremely ridiculous regarding to the daily cost of the room, poor welcome (e.x. no welcome drink, informations for facilities and activities inside the hotel), the night shows were small duration and low quality, the wifi was not working and repaired after our request immediately, the breakfast was preety good for a 5 star hotel but dinner was luck in quality, the working hours of the fountain produce a lot of noise, the kids club area is extremely small.
