Fantastic apartment completely renovated, suitable for up to 6 people, two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower (one private in the master bedroom), brand new fully equipped kitchen, 2 x 32 "LED TVs and a 43" LED Smart TV, washing machine, 5 swimming pools, WIFI internet free fiber optic in the apartment, customizable LED lighting, beach at 300 meters, bus stop in front of the resort, supermarket open 24 hours at the entrance of the resort.

The house is very welcoming and well located.
Two really comfortable bedrooms, each room is equipped with a TV, a large wardrobe with drawers and a customizable LED lighting system. The master bedroom has direct access to one of the two full bathrooms.
The second bathroom, also complete with shower, is in front of the second bedroom.
The house is completely new, with new plumbing and electrical systems in accordance with the law. All furnishings are new.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking, with microwave, electric oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender and many accessories to cook what you want.
The balcony enjoys a wonderful view of the swimming pool and can be accessed from the lounge and from one of the two bedrooms.
The balcony has a very attractive LED lighting to spend relaxing evenings.
The washing machine was placed in a dedicated cupboard on the side of the balcony.
There is wi-fi in the house for private use and completely free with fiber optic connection (with a speed of 600mb!)

All pools (5) of the resort are freely accessible and there are free sun beds.
Beach towels are provided by us and are available upon your arrival.
Near the swimming pool visible from the balcony there is an area with a coin-operated dryer.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, das Apartment war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr empfehlenswert. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Bar direkt darunter, wo man in der ansonsten sehr ruhigen Anlage die Musik und das aufräumen bis3 oder 4 Uhr nachts hört. Aber mit oropax wäre das auch kein Problem, habe ich aber vergessen. Ansonsten ist die nette und schnelle Kommunikation mit den Vermietern Franco und Daiana besonders gut gewesen. Vielen Dank dafür

Eine kleine Verspätung bei der Ankunft war kein Problem.
Die Schlüßel wurden uns von einer freundlichen Dame übergeben und am Urlaubsende wieder abgenommen.
Das aus- und einchecken hat bestens funktioniert. Zu jeder Zeit gab es schnelle und freundliche Antworten auf Fragen!
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Das nötigste in der Küche war vorhanden und auch sonst gab es genügend Stauraum für Kleidung usw. Außerdem gibt es eine Wäscheleine die über den ganzen Balkon gespannt ist + Wäscheständer mit Klammern...ein sauberes Bad und eine moderne Waschmaschine.
Die Anlage ist sehr schön und sauber - es wird regelmäßig geputzt und der Müll entsorgt.
Einen halben Tag hatten wir kein wlan. Wir haben das Problem gemeldet und es wurde sich umgehend darum gekümmert! und es funktionierte wieder.
Vielen dank für einen schönen entspannten Urlaub in einer tollen Wohnung!

The property was ideal for a short stay, well equipped in a safe area with good pool facilities. I was very grateful to the owners who allowed us a late checkout at no extra charge and were very accommodating to our needs.
