The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was clean, and the shower had plenty of hot water. Overall, the room was spacious and well maintained, making our stay very pleasant.

Staff was very friendly, the room was really nice but the Best part was... The bed was so comfortable! The best bed I've ever had at a hotel.
Breakfast didn't start until 7am. We had to leave for the airport at 630

Staff is rude. I can't understand how you have a front desk person so unsympathetic.

The hotel itself is great, but the reception was clearly understaffed, which resulted in a very long line for check-in. Unfortunately, the reception manager, Jeremiah, was also quite rude and impatient. We did not feel welcomed or well received upon arrival, which was disappointing and took away from an otherwise great experience at the hotel.
