What I loved most was the wonderful staff and the effort they made to make our stay feel special. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the service was always quick and attentive. I especially appreciated how the hotel created memorable experiences for guests in the evenings. Every night or every second night, there seemed to be something special happening — from fire dancing and gathering around the fire pit to roast marshmallows, to live singers and music. These thoughtful touches created such a lovely atmosphere and made the stay feel like more than just staying at a hotel. The food was also very good, and overall I felt that the staff genuinely cared about creating a warm and enjoyable experience for their guests. Those special evenings are something I will particularly remember.

The only thing I didn’t particularly like was that the bins in both the bathroom and the room did not have lids. From a hygiene perspective, especially in the bathroom, I personally feel that closed bins are much more appropriate. I would really appreciate seeing bins with lids and foot pedals, so they can be opened without having to touch them. It is a very small detail, but I believe it would improve the overall hygiene and comfort of the room. Apart from this, I really had no other concerns with my stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a very beautiful and well-maintained property, and we would definitely book it again. Another big advantage is the location: you can get to the city centre very quickly by taxi, and it only costs a small amount. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The only minor points for improvement would be that the bathroom had a slightly unpleasant smell, and there was also a very faint smell in the room when we first entered. Apart from that, everything was great.

Great and welcoming staff, the room I got was really clean and perfect. Location wise is just right between attractions.

Standard hotel room with pretty much everything you need. Enjoyed the stay there, with amazing staff all around. Food was amazing at the restaurant and facilities were decent. It had a bit of everything and you would not be disappointed if you stay here.

The only thing is the traffic in and around the area that the hotel is in, but obviously that is not their fault. Just be wary of this fact.
