Excellent location with a nice beach, this is prime real estate in Maui.
The owners/ managers of this particular unit need to replace the furnishings. The rugs, furniture, and drapes are at least 20 years old, which is completely unaccounted for a $5k/ $2M condo. Spend a little money on the unit for bring out loud.
Also, this is not a 3 bed, 6 person unit. It is a 1 bed/ 3 person unit with a second bed and pullout in the living area. The drapes are too thin to keep the sun out of this area. Also, no housekeeping provided for a 7 night stay, not even towel replacement.
We enjoyed the property and location, despite the waterfront bar being closed, the constant jackhammering, and the overall workout finishes, but the condition of this unit is unbearable for the price.

location, proximity to the ocean was great and access to beach was wonderful. on-site staff was nice and helpful. Full kitchen was nice to make meals and not have to go out to eat all the time.
Room is well used, walls are tore up, curtains have holes in them,overall has a dingy feel. Everything feels dated and wore out. Rugs are pretty gross with stains. A/c is also currently not functioning and can get hot and muggy on sunny days. (06/03/23)

view of the beach was amazing. Overall a great unit. host company was very responsive and I’m sure has adressed the malfunctioning stove. would definitely stay here again. you won’t be disappointed. clean.
feels a bit too lived in. some items should be removed that seems to be owner personal effects. stove wasn’t working well at all, kitchen pots/pans need replacing.

Had dinner and a breakfast at 5 Palms. Both were very good but also very expensive.
While the room was very well appointed the owner could upgrade some of the kitchen items as they were definitely showing their age -- fry pans, toaster, coffee pot

The unit was generally dated. The bedspread in the bedroom off the living room was in need of replacement. The kitchen cabinets were dark. The table as well. My brother owns a unit there which is lovely and bright.

Great beachfront location with a small concession shop and restaurant. The pool area was clean and water was a comfortable temperature. Lanai with a view of the ocean with Molokini crater within view, hill on the other side. The room was clean and had everything we needed to prepare and eat meals in the room or by the grills downstairs. As a bonus, the closet had left over beach supplies from other visitors including a couple of beach chairs and some toys for the sand. Laundry room on each floor made it possible to have clean clothing without traveling to do the wash. The only drawback was no cleaning service the five days we stayed but we kept things tidy and washed the towels when we ran out.

Love the proximity to great beaches, fantastic waves, and million dollar views. Falling asleep to the waves every night was a dream! The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable as well, and eating lunch on the ocean-facing balcony was truly a treat.
I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like!

Great location. Right on the beach with great snorkelling. We saw fish & turtles at the Reef right in front of the apartment! The 5 palms restaurant happy hour menu was great too from 3-9pm for sushi and drinks. The apartments have a beautiful beach view from the balcony. Great place for beach walking, swimming, snorkelling, yoga and sunsets. Good for families with kids.
As we didn’t book direct through hotel we had no daily cleaning or linen change in 7days.

The location and the view are wonderful.
The dishwasher had a bad smell (odor) so I washed all of our dishes by hand.
The swimming pool was very deep and not user friendly for families was small children.
