Francesca and Francesco are wonderful hosts and provide an excellent stay in Vernazza. They were welcoming and helped us manage our luggage on arrival and as we departed. The view from the room is even better than shown in the photos.
The room entrance is a bit of a climb from street level, but Francesco showed us a back way from the room down to town that minimized the number of steps.

A very basic room with a pleasant view. Location was good, tucked away from the hordes of tourists and shops
The bed was ok. The bathroom was clean, but not updated. The view from the room was charming

at the end of an uphill walk, is a million dollar view.
they failed to mention that there are almost 50 ( or more ) flight of rocky and steep stairs to go to the house; and this isn’t good for someone with mobility issue or to senior citizens; maybe that’s why the owner said to meet him in his store ; they should have given the option of going uphill walking considering the amount of luggages we have ; also there’s barely a sea view from the room, I have to literally hold the window up to see the view . the owner tried to dissuade us from using the AC as it wasn’t working when we tried to turn it on , they are suggesting to open the window instead because they said it’s cold outside, but I’m worried about mosquitoes , anyways, AC started working after a few tries.

It was in a great quiet location and Francesca was a super friendly and helpful host. The room was spotlessly clean with everything you need. It had a beautiful view out of the window where you could sit and enjoy a drink, I would have loved to have stayed longer. I highly recommend staying here 🥰

Wonderful location! Francesca made you feel like family. Answered questions about the area and was extremely helpful with questions on navigating trains in Italy. Exceeded all of our expectations!!!! Highly recommend if you are going to this area. One of the bonuses is that you get a great workout going to your room. Like all areas in Cinque Terre, you must be in shape to navigate all the steps.

Comfortable, clean , quiet. Hosts close by so easy to contact if needed. Some stairs to climb but to be expected and not excessive.

This was the perfect place for our stay in Vernazza! We really loved the view and it was very comfortable. The steps are no problem at all.

Francesca and her husband were highly accommodating and friendly, even as I arrived in Vernazza much earlier than planned. Clean and comfortable room with a great view and top location in the middle of town. Personal recommendations for places to eat, see and swim was included and made my time in Vernazza unforgettable.
My only regret is that I could not stay longer. No complaints and would definitively stay here again if I come back to Vernazza

We really enjoyed our stay. Francesca is very nice and helpful. The room is very clean, comfortable and perfectly located. Nice sea view. Would definitely stay again.
