Die Lage ist exzellent. Das Frühstück reichlich und abwechslungsreich mit einem atemberaubenden Rundumblick auf die Stadt Suhl und die Berge. Die Gästekarte ist verbunden mit der Thüringer Wald CARD, die einen kostenfreien Eintritt in viele Attraktionen und Museen beinhaltet. Wir nutzten es reichlich.

Location is excellent and rooms are big. Free soda and water in every floor is a nice touch.
Asked for a non-smoking room and got a smoking one. Breakfast is a disaster. Low quality food and service. We were still eating way before closing time and waitresses started packing up and cleaning our table. Very rude. Sometimes they would sit while guests were still in the restaurant and start eating as well. Terrible. There is no safe in the room, no kettle, and no minibar. This is NOT a 4 star hotel. 3 star at best
