The location is great, it is in the center of the city and there are nearby restaurants, supermarket, the grand Sheikh Zayed Mosque where you can reach by walking easily if the weather is not too hot.
The Television is of very old type, these days one would expect smart TVs with online entertainment apps but this was not the case. If you have kids addicted to you tube, you will be dissatisfied with the TV they have in the room.
The parking on the ground floor is limited, however there is a parking building having very congested parking slots it is okay.
