Costa Bodrum City

I strongly recommend the hotel if you plan your stay in Bodrum for a short or longer period of time and I will decide to book again for my another stay. My partner and I spent three weeks at Costa Bodrum City; the location is excellent—just a five-minute walk to the beach and the town center. The staff is the property's greatest asset, creating a family-like atmosphere with their friendliness and helpfulness. The breakfasts were delicious, and the ladies in the kitchen were lovely. Hotel dog, beautiful lady called City is an undisputed highlight that delights guests simply by its presence. Great Hotel cats that i loved. The staff—Fehim and Elena, Kübra, Gökhan, Mahmut, the manager Eren, the cooks Zehra and Yasemin, the housekeeper (if I recall the name correctly, Berry 🙈), and the maintenance man—are all smiling, helpful, and full of warmth and hospitality; simply good and lovely people. And, after all, it is the people who make a place what it is. There is a great pool, and the dining area, reception, and rooms are all close to one another. The bed was comfortable, and the room was perfectly fine. If you need any help, call taxi or supply something, the stuff is ready to help you. Cleaning service whenever you need, just leave the key in the reception. Pool towels avaliable, music playing daily at the pool area, pool itself clean and spacious, loungers for everyone. The bar is not included in the price, but you can get there a few cocktails, beer, water, or turkish coffee. A lot of green places, trees and flowers around the place, cosy and family atmosphere. The air conditioning was working fine. The room features insect screens on the windows, a TV, and a fairly large wardrobe, small fridge with the frozen feature, place for luggage and hairdryer in the bathroom.

Unfortunately, the hotel is not new, and signs of wear and tear are visible here and there —such as a shower enclosure with a door that didn't close tightly and a broken showerhead (though the latter was replaced after I reported it). I would suggest installing a larger, higher-positioned mirror in the room, as well as providing a kettle, tea, and coffee. The iron only upon request.

Le foto delle stanze non corrispondono alla realtà... Camere che andrebbero rinfrescate e porte delle stanze sistemate. Inoltre la colazione è pessima, la parte dolce non è quasi presente eccezione fatta per un paio di mermellate e una tortina confezionata. Non c'è frutta, yogurt..solo peperoni pomodori uova insalata poco formaggio . La pulizia della stanza ed il cambio degli asciugamani va rischiesto e cmq nonostante la richiesta l'hanno pulita il terzo giorno. Abbiamo pagato quasi 140€ a notte, e sinceramente il prezzo non vale assolutamente il servizio e la struttura !
