Very affordable hotel in good neughbourhood, walkable from town, hot breakfast included, kettle in the room, wifi working. Very friendly staff!!
Breakfast good and very quickly received after ordered.
It is an older hotel, but therefor the price will be lower.

It was a good location quite roomy lovely dining hall
Unfortunately, the property is in need of a full refurbishment. And had quite a bad smell in the room.

Location close to Babbacombe and Torquay, staff lovely, I actually got a twin room instead of the single which was lovely. As a solo traveller I felt safe there, and a very good price which included an excellent breakfast, comfy bed also. Also a great chinese takeaway located around the corner from the shop a few meters away.
Have to say it was very dusty and looked like it needed a good deep clean, bed linen and towels spotless, but the stairs leading up to my room need a good vacuuming and the carpet in my bedroom could of done with a proper hoovering. The paint work etc needs refreshing, but I understand times are hard and this is a costly job. Would I go there again? Yes the good out weighs the bad.

Location mainly. Quiet at night. Friendly staff. Nice bright breakfast room.
Lack of a proper shower. A not very comfortable bed due to a soft mattress

"Have stayed here a few times now and as a cheap get away.. fantastic.. clean bed and towels and a tea ☕ tray ..and getting some entertainment thrown in too.my place to go in Torquay."
