Great location, helpful and friendly staff. The room was fully cleaned daily, with a comfortable bed, and had adequate amenities. Nice pool with fantastic views on Panwa. You can step off the front right onto the beach.

The pillows weren't comfy. They did give me a 2nd pillow, which helped.

we had the sea view room which was right on the beach with large windows and a balcony. the room was spotless the view fabulous and the owner and staff were extremely friendly.

it was a bit far from shops but we could order shopping with grab so not a big problem

I had expected a bar and/or restaurant, but these were only available in neighbouring properties.

Away from the crowds and the pool was such a luxury to have right outside the room! Staff so helpful and lots of advice on things to do and taxis etc. Room had everything you could need and the view across the bay was so calming.

Bathroom drains very smelly - the cleaners did their best but think it is just one of those things.

Clean rooms with a kitchenette and a refrigerator, bathtub + separate shower, + other facilities. Sea view + pool access. The pool was very good and clean. The owner is a very nice person who is willing and ready to help with anything, Also a bonus that he speaks really good English. No trouble checking in or checking out.

Perfect location to relax and unwind. Very friendly and helpful owners. A short scooter ride to anything you would want or need. Close to Rawai beach and all the restaurants. Few minutes away from the Big Buddah and Wat Chalong. But then back to the peace and quiet of this little hideaway with what feels like your own piece of beach. Nice size balcony to sit and listen to the waves lapping or catch a breeze. Good size pool if you fancy a dip. Great sunrises for the photographers too.
