Reception staff very friendly Especially lady I don’t know her name Masha Allah she treat like friendly
I book room by picture looks big because I always stay there I know sizes of rooms but unfortunately I get small room not what I select
So team should focus the guest values & expections

I think its not as rated much better i must say
Breakfast was unexpectedly good
I really enjoyed staying there
Just that 100 riyal advance other than rent shows no confidence

Good location
Rooms weren't clean. Breakfast was curtailed compared to last year when we stayed. Nothing extra is given even if asked for. Washrooms were always kept messy even after repeatedly asking to get cleaned.
