Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement qui est très bien situé. Ramon est très sympathique, et de bon conseils (et en plus, Francophone!) Merci encore pour cet accueil, Christian, Jade et Eva.

Well situated from a touristic point of view (only a three minute walk from the cathedral) and surrounded by many restaurants and bars. Street noise is constant, but bearable due to the double-glazed windows. The constant thud thud thud of recorded music from the store below begins at 9:00 AM and continues to 11:00 PM and is not so nice and not so bearable. The apartment is clean, the air conditioning is good, and the hot water plentiful. The kitchen is minimally equipped and lacks suitable knives and a cutting board. There is an electric cook top but no oven. You are requested not to use the terrace at night (which we quietly did anyway-- didn't seem to bother anyone.) If you do not know the streets of Seville's old center DO NOT attempt to drive here-- you will be very sorry if you do. (The location even stymied a couple of cab drivers.) And beware: contrary to the description, this apartment does not have parking. The route to the parking lot that Ramon led me to is so circuitous that I got a cab to take us there rather than drive back to the apartment to pick up our bags. If you want to be close to the tourist attractions and do not plan to spend too much time in the apartment and expect to take most of your meals out, this may be just the place for you. However, if you want to stay in a typical Sevillian residential neighborhood you may be better off elsewhere.

My 18-year old grandson and I loved the apt., especially the location. Beautiful, alive city and the apt. is in the middle of everything. Much street life, which means noise, but it did not bother us. Ramon was very helpful.

Diese Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und ideal gelegen, wenn man sozusagen am Puls der Stadt sein will. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Auf Wunsch kann man sich gegen ein angemessenes Entgelt am Flughafen abholen lassen. Das WIFI funktioniert unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt und wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Logis nehmen. Menschen, die eine ruhige Lage bevorzugen, sollten das Barrio Santa Cruz insgesamt meiden. Dort ist immer was los. Idéalement situé , appartement de caractère avec une deco contemporaine et une terrasse ou il fait bon venir se ressourcer. Seul bémol : pas de lave vaisselle, mais les bars et les restos vous tendent les bras... Accueil très chaleureux de ramon qui donne ses adresses pour se garer pas cher, prendre un verre, manger... Je recommande sans réserve.

My family recently spent 3 nights in this apartment. We are two adults and three children (ages 5 years, 7 years, and a baby). The apartment was well-suited for us. The location is great, right in the heart of Barrio Santa Cruz, which made it easy to walk everywhere. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, equipped, and spacious enough for our family. It was also an attractive apartment with all of the interesting tiles. Ramon, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. Everything was exactly as I expected it to be. The only downsides that I note are that (as another reviewer said), it is noisy in this area. Of course, the noise comes from the all the great tapas bars and restaurants literally steps away, so I think the noise is a fair price to pay for having so much available close by! When the windows are completely closed, the noise is drastically reduced so we had no problems with the noise. The other thing I would note is that the apartment is on an upper level which requires climbing a rather narrow and steep staircase. My children handled it OK, but it might be a bit tricky for a family traveling with a toddler or just anyone with reduced mobility. Overall - we were very pleased with this apartment and would recommend it.

Nous avons passé un super séjour d'une semaine du 18 au 24 mai dans cette appartement typique sévillan très propre bien équipé à 2 pas de la cathédrale . Appartement typiquement Sevillan à deux pas de la Giralda. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique de Laeticia et Ramon qui ne sont pas avares de leurs conseils touristiques. Très bon séjour. Nous ne pouvons que le recommander.

Mi estancia en este apartamento fue de un fin de semana. Lo primero decir el trato exquisito que nos brindó Leticia. Amable en todo momento, nos dío todas las indicaciones necesarias para disfrutar nuestra estancia en Sevilla. El apartamento con encanto, en una casa del siglo XIX restaurada y en un lugar privilegiado. A pesar de estar en pleno Barrio de Santa Cruz nos fué fácil acceder. Se encuentra a un paso de los principales monumentos de Sevilla: Catedral, Alcázar. Rodeado de bares donde poder comer tapas o beber una copa. A pesar de esto por la noche es tranquilo y silencioso. Del apartamento destacar su luminosidad, cada habitación tiene un balcón a la calle, cosa que es de agradecer. Todo muy limpio y correcto. Recomendable tanto para familias como grupo de amigos.

La ubicación del apartamento es inmejorable y es idéntico que en las fotos, amplio y luminoso. Tiene dos dormitorios con camas muy cómodas. La conexión a Internet es excelente. Todo estaba muy limpio y la decoración mezcla elementos tradicionales con muebles más modernos. Los propietarios son encantadores, puntuales y siempre disponibles para cualquier duda. Dan muy buenas recomendaciones sobre bares de tapas, monumentos que ver y paseos por Sevilla. Altamente recomendable. Sin duda volveremos!
