Das es Frühstück nur bis 9 Uhr gibt und das um 9:01 Uhr das Licht im Frühstücksraum ausgeschaltet wurde.

Uncomfortable, cheap low quality pillows and duvets. Neither are breathable and it was really sweaty/hot because of that.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good
It was (furnished) a little impersonal. It was a distance from the town, alongside railway track. Very noisy overnight trains went through all night long.

Clean and simple, easy self check in.

Very nice hotel with quiet rooms at the back (away from the railway line). Disturbed only by the huge flock of crows cawing in the morning. Delicious breakfast.

Very nice and friendly hotel, free parking, very modern and clean rooms, good beds, very good and very nicely presented breakfast in a modern sphere.

Breakfest is not served at Saturday, Sunday and Monday. No information about this before arrival.
No refiueled shower gel at arrival and no one to fill it in at Sunday evening. No refill afer room cleaning and shower cleaning. Refiled on request at recepton at Monday afternoon.

the balcony was very nice to sit and look out onto the trees.

Wonderful Place with Amazing hostess. Clean modern and amazing rooms. Great location near train station and Soest. Great breakfast. Highly recommended for families.

Modern hotel with a designer look. Staff very cheery and helpful. Good location with parking on the edge of the old town. Good breakfast selection.
It was hot and air conditioning didn't function well. Hotel has no bar only vending machine with a few beers and very limited seating. Minor things it is a nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

i stayed at the hotel for less than 24 hours. I wish I stayed longer to make use of the facilities, but wasn’t able to do so. The breakfast was great as well. Would definitely stay at the hotel again and recommend it as well.

The hotel is close to the railway station, and some 10-15 mins walk to city center. The hotel is very modern and clean, good size of room and bath. Very good breakfast (see comment below).
No breakfast served on Monday (we stayed sunday-monday) Reception open only on normal working hours, automat available during closure

Convenient self check- in system, great spacious room. We enjoy the sound and view of trains, so to our taste the location is great.
Blankets were rather small and thin.

didn’t encounter any staff, no receptionist so slightly impersonal from that perspective, but this is a very, very minor observation as the hotel is great
