This apartment has a good location off the central green of the apartment area and the balcony has a nice view of a pond in the central green. The beds were comfy and the utilities in the kitchen and bathroom worked well.
The walls of the apartment were very thin, which made it slightly difficult to sleep with neighbors blasting TV at night. You also can't lock the bathroom door without the actual apartment key, so it was difficult to get some privacy.

Good location.
I was supprized that my room is own by private owners and they demand the payment will be in cash.
So many communication from the dide of the room owner for the payment was unbelievable.
We just came to vacation and we wouldn't like to waste time for the payment.
