Comfortable, clean, convenient accommodation
Kitchen lacked a teapot, scissors and a full size cafetière! Also, only one of the four lights in the bathroom was working.

The location was very convenient for walking into town, getting to the train station etc. Perfect for a few nights visiting friends in the area. No problem parking on-street and great value compared to other options in the area
The check-in instructions were a little unclear. Initially it seemed like we needed to meet someone to receive keys so we planned our day around the time window we'd given. In the end it was just a key pad on the front door so we didn't actually need to meet anyone. No big deal but would have been nice to know in advance that we could arrive later if we wanted to

Clean, great location and lots of space
There was dirty laundry left on the stairs when we got there.
